Radical Agenda EP257 – Blocked
Betsy DeVos tried to enter a public school in Washington, D.C. yesterday, only to be physically prevented from entering by so-called “protesters” who blocked the entrance as she approached. She was quickly hurried away by what appears to have been a security official.
This comes on the heels of the 9th circuit upholding the injunction against Trump’s executive order barring travel from 7 Muslim majority countries, despite the exact text of the law stating “Whenever the president finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate”. The court here is clearly trying to read something into the United States Constitution which just plain is not there. Liberal activist judges are trying to imply that the President of the United States is constitutionally barred from discriminating, even though the law specifically obligates him to do so. That, and constitutional rights for foreigners, which is just too stupid to take seriously.
As we’ve previously discussed, the left in America has gone well beyond the old “loyal opposition” role which they’ve come to expect us to play when they are in power. This is no longer about due process and legal maneuvering, it has progressed into the category of sabotage and treason. Whether it’s activist judges on the bench, or professional provocateurs on the street, these agitators are working not only against the Trump administration, but the Federal Government and the office of the Presidency themselves. Permitting them to continue will not only damage this government, but they very order by which governments are established in the United States.
Pat Buchanan is right. Trump has to break judicial power. Not only that, but he needs to send a strong message to left wing insurrectionists on the street, who have come under the false impression that their bodies will make suitable barricades against the federal government.
But before we get into all that, we do have a guest coming on to brief us on the #PizzaGate situation. I admittedly haven’t looked into this a great deal, but my old friend Tracy Diaz seems to be keeping on top of it. Tracy will be bringing us the latest on this scandal, including possible arrests and indictments coming down the pipe.
There’s a lot more to get to, plus your calls at 747-234-2254 or RadicalAgenda on Skype.
So join us, this and every Friday, as well as Mondays and Wednesdays from 5-7pm Eastern for another exciting episode of the Radical Agenda. It’s a show about common sense extremism where we talk about radical, crazy, off the wall things like crushing one’s opposition.
