Premium members may have gotten an email error this morning about their transaction being declined for their renewal. This was a fraud detection false alarm due to the number of transactions that were run in rapid succession, as memberships are pro-rated to renew on the first of the month, and the new payment processor isn’t used to me running that many transactions in such a short period.
The problem has already been solved, and at the time I am writing this, the transactions were retried around 3pm and seem to have gone through.
