Radical Agenda EP118 – Raid

Radical Agenda EP118 - Raid

Snow on the first day of Spring, FBI raids for child porn, it’s just another day in Keene, New Hampshire – home of my sorry excuse for a studio. Yesterday I woke up to a text message which read “Just heard about the raid, are you over there?” Which of course had me scrambling to find out who got raided and why I might be implicated. What a way to start the day, right? As you may already be aware,

Free Talk Live Raided By FBI

Free Talk Live Raided By FBI

At approximately 6:40am Eastern time, New Hampshire State Police, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Keene police department, and plain clothed agents of unknown law enforcement affiliation raided the Keene, New Hampshire home of Ian Freeman. Freeman is the host of the nationally syndicated radio show Free Talk Live, a libertarian oriented program broadcast on over 170 stations throughout the United States. I used to be a co-host of that show. Freeman’s home also served as the studio for the

Ian Freeman Kicked out of Free State Project

Ian Freeman Kicked out of Free State Project

In April of 2012 I moved to New Hampshire, joining hundreds of other libertarians in a political migration commonly referred to as The Free State Project. There is a corporation one might consider to be at the head of this, known as the Free State Project, herein referred to as FSP inc. Differentiating between the political migration and the corporation is an important thing to do, since the corporation has little to do with the effort at this point. They are

Chatting & Chalking with Keene Police

Yesterday was “Chalk The Police Day” an event put on by my friends at CopBlock.org. Activists from around the country went out to write and draw various messages relating to police accountability with chalk. The event dates back to 2011, where the “Chalking 8” were arrested in Manchester, New Hampshire on graffiti and criminal mischief charges. Since then, it has spawned an annual and national event that has become quite popular. Kelly Patterson of Nevada Cop Block has an excellent post

The Twisted Priorities of the State

The Twisted Priorities of the State

Today I went to the Cheshire Superior Court to film the sentencing of one James Michael Phillips. Phillips was charged with a felony assault in June of last year when he tackled Matthew Oldershaw, aka “Yankee” into the fountain at Keene’s Central Square during an altercation. Oldershaw claims to have suffered spinal injuries and brain damage as a result of the attack. I had written about the initial assault last year. The cause of the vicious assault? Chalk.

Radical Agenda EP016 - Cops: Blocked and Unblocked

The annual Porcupine Freedom Festival in Lancaster, New Hampshire is approaching rapidly. I happen to be banned from that event, but I still get the pleasure of seeing my friends from around the country come to New Hampshire for one of the best libertarian gatherings on Earth. CopBlock.org founder Ademo Freeman happens to be one of those friends, and he’ll be joining me live in studio for the 16th episode of the show this Thursday, June 18th from 5-7pm Eastern. Ademo

Bernie Sanders Is The Most Dangerous Man In America

Bernie Sanders Is The Most Dangerous Man In America

I’ve never feared for my safety quite like I did yesterday. I have been beaten, kidnapped, and shot at before. I’ve had my gun pointed at a man’s chest when police showed up. I’ve live streamed a riot where drunken lunatics flipped cars and screamed “Fuck the press!”. I’ve been involved in some pretty precarious situations, but none were ever quite so frightening as watching 73 year old Bernie Sanders whip hundreds of radical leftists into a frenzy yesterday in Keene,

Meet The People I Drew Down On

From Left to Right, Nick Rockwell, Cassie Colburn, Bruce Rockwell, and Alisha-Roberts

At approximately 3:20am on Sunday, May 10th I was involved in an incident on Main Street in Keene New Hampshire where I was compelled to pull my revolver to defend myself against two male, and two female assailants who charged at me in a threatening manner. I recorded the entire incident. Police arrived on scene, reviewed my video, cleared me of any wrongdoing, and let me leave with my camera and gun. I declined to press any charges, but police did
